Anne will serve you your Breakfast between 7:30 am and 9:00 am the week from Monday to Friday and the weekend and July August from 8:30 am to 10:00 am.Gourmet, continental or English breakfast according to your morning inspiration, on the terrace or in the dining room depending on the season.You will be offered teas and herbal teas kusmi Tea, coffee, chocolaté, orange juice, apple juice from Coteaux Nantais, seasonal fruit salad, compotes, homemade jams, homemade yogurts, homemade cakes and cakes, pancakes, brioche or granolas house, eggs, ham and cheeses.WITH OR WITHOUT GLUTEN, WITH OR WITHOUT DAIRY PRODUCTS, please tell me when you book.I sélect for you as much as possible local products from producers of Vertou or the surroundings, seasonal and organic products.Breakfast rate per day and per person: 9 €



DINER



In front of the fireplace, under the hacienda or on the terrace of your room when the weather permits, we offer you a refined and generous dinner (by reservation and from 4 guests out of season and school holidays),- Anne prepares cuisine based on regional products and only in season. It showcases fish from the ports of La Turballe and Le Croisic (Monkfish, sardines, place, bar, Saint Jacques). Vegetables and aromatic herbs from Nantes market gardening productions and from Vertou organic product farms.
